Best dry cleaners ever. I have used this cleaners for over 30 years and has never let me down. Very friendly and helpful ???? Always flexible in how quickly he can turn it around, I've had suits back in under 2 hours (please don't expect he to do that all the time ????)

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Took my wedding dress in to be dry cleaned. My dress was in perfect condition and had a few mud marks at the bottom. I was told it would take a week to 2 weeks. After a month I had not heard anything and called them and was given another number to call for a man named David. He had my dress at the Harold Wood branch and asked me to check it before boxing it up. When I checked it the dress was damaged at the back and the stitches had come out of the pleats. David said they had a seamstress that makes and alters wedding dresses and he would get this fixed at no extra charge. A month later and still no news so I called David again and received more excuses. He phoned his 'seamstress' then gave me a call back to let me know when my dress would be ready. He actually had the cheek to tell me to go back to where my dress was bought and complain as it wasn't great quality. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO MY DRESS BEFORE I TOOK IT TO THIS DRY CLEANERS!!! When I went to look at my dress again before boxing it I was disgusted. There were still stitches missing and what had been stitched was completely wrong. As a result I refused to pay as I now need to take my dress elsewhere to get their mistakes fixed! It looks as though David tried to bodge this himself rather than pay for a professional. TERRIBLE SERVICE. AM LIVID AND MY WEDDING DRESS IS RUINED!!!
