I would highly recommend this company as they are one of the best services around. Cleaning staff are so polite and prices are affordable. The office manager, is always on hand to offer any advice and updates or if you have any questions and is very professional. I have seen some of the reviews and I can honestly say that you can’t please everyone but I am very happy with the Pink Cleaning ladies !!
Had amazing service with the office manager Gemma she was able to assist with all the needs I needed to be met! She was able to arrange a cleaner to fit my time schedule. 10/10 ⭐️ service and communication! Would defiantly recommend to a friend. Also fabulous clean!

Incredibly disappointed by this company. I’ve been with them for years and finally called it a day after another change and when my tolerance finally ran out. I wouldn’t recommend unless you are content with having your regular cleaner or days changed and high management fees for a service that isn’t provided. I went with a company to avoid constant changes and hopefully less inconvenience to myself, but this wasn’t the case. The current cleaner always had my key, so I would have to reorganise going into the office so I could be home to let a new cleaner in and then, given they didn’t know my home, talk them through the property and show them where bedding etc was. I did say I was in the office and an hour and a half away, on one day when a cover cleaner came and couldn’t get it. I had to leave a meeting and try and call my dog Walker to see if they could possibly get to the house or were close by. How they don’t sort out keys, as a pivotal part of their management, is beyond me. Also when I said I wanted better consistency and was going to leave, despite it being due to their lack of management of staffing, I was told I must continue to pay their management fee for 3 mths as part of their termination contract. Very poor customer service and an odd way to treat long standing clients. The girls who also came to clean as cover, despite being lovely, were also very unhappy and leaving the company. It would appear management aren’t taking accountability or learning from their lessons. (Important to note my cleaner was lovely and the last time she cancelled I’m told was due to a family bereavement. Heartbreaking of course, but there were many other occasions when she was absent and the reason given was unknown and not being contactable - as stated by Gemma) I never had an issue with my cleaner per se, occasionally illness or unforeseen circumstances happen, and I was more than patient and understanding when it happened again and again, but this was a regular occurrence that wasn’t managed well and my patience finally ran out. The organisation and management is very poor. There’s no accountability or apology as a company for all the inconvenience to you as clients when changes happened. Also they never came to the property to check on the clean despite claiming this would be part of their regular management. Would not recommend.
