Called up on very short notice the day before, the person I spoke the over the phone and met the day after was very helpful and did my jacket on very short notice needed for the same day. Great results and very good price in comparison to other dry cleaners I was going to use. Very happy and will use again.
I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service I received and the way the dress come back. I was told the dress would be special care fabric cleaned and pressed the dress that come back to me was a dress with missing stones on the shoulder pads which was never mentioned to me that they may come away in fact I was told that the reason I was paying him for his services is so that they protect the stones on the dress. They was all off when the dress was picked up and no compassion was shown. I then called the shop once home and the manager had a vile attitude towards me and basically putting the blame on the customer. Very rude and disrespectful. Never will I use this company again and I will be letting people know about the manager and his shop. No need for that attitude when it was at no fault of my own this happened. No refund was offered just rudeness
Great service from Craig and his wife Claire, always friendly and so far always on time with orders. Not always managed to completely remove stains, but I think that's because I've left them for too long without taking it to the experts over here at Gidea Park! They've done asian/indian clothing well too, did some items by hand for extra care. Pricing is affordable and good for what you get.
