I've been to Tahiti a few times, and the staff are absolutely amazing, extremely professional, with amazing customer service. However, I felt uncomfortable a number of times by the owner/manager. For example, she never greets me when entering the store (but she does with other customers) she looks me up and down, watches me closely walking to and from the treatment room and has repeatedly asked a staff member who was looking after me if 'they're alright'. It's made me feel incredibly uncomfortable, which is a shame as the other members of staff are incredibly professional, helpful and respectful. I thought I was being paranoid and it may have been an isolated case, hence why I revisited, however as this has continually happened, I no longer want to be subjected to this as a paying customer and will not return.
Just had my veins done on my face by bev wouldn't go anywhere else all the girls are lovely I have facials sometime or pedicure best place to go
Location and customer service is good however, to fix a hybrid eyelash cost me £120 that is really expensive compare to others in the local area. (I have my bank statement to proof this). Will I go back? The answer is NO.
Just had my nails done (Acrylic/Gel) and I have nothing but high praise for this salon..was seen initially by Kiera & then by Beverley, both lovely , friendly & very professional .The salon itself is very clean & hygenic. Beverley did an absolutely superb job on my nails they look amazing! I can't recommend this salon highly enough!! Thank you again guys, see you soon !!
